From the Welsh meaning “great queen”, this doeling is a cross of Morgan
and Wiggy (sire) and was so long, we didn’t know what to do with her.
Mom has an attitude of regal disinterest in us mere goat-keepers and
daughter picked up this same attitude quickly. She has grown into a doe
with a long level back (like many in the Kingwood lines) with more
refinement of her rear legs (one of Wiggy’s strong suits).
Her dam is very solid and could use some more
refinement and rear udder height. Finally, we are hoping Wiggy can
improve her teat size and length so we can enjoy her majesty on the milk
stand.
