Callisto is almost the yin-yang reverse of
Celeste, but in a good way. If
Celeste is the “Tank”, then Callisto is the “Ballerina” with a long,
elegant body that is even finer boned than her mom. She has a very
refined dairy look with solid foundation to support big milk production.
And she is very agile!
It doesn’t hurt that
she is a flashy red-gold chamoisee with the white side patches of her mom
and her maternal grandsire, Tsaber. Her first freshening udder had
great rear height and was well attached all around. We would like to
see a little more foreudder extension;
however, her milk production was still second only to Erica as a first
freshener.
